Below is a short docudrama introducing the major story lines, characters and music from the perspective of the antagonist, Hubert Nobcraft, ten years after the fact. He is trying to address the question of why the Vigilance Committee, with totalitarian control and no opposition, disbanded so suddenly. His repressed nature already makes him avoid eye contact in conversation, but this topic is the one he fears the most. (18min)
